Getting here is easy: the nearest airports are Pisa International and Florence, both of which are an hour away by car. Although Pisa is better served with international flights (including from the US), Florence has expanded and now also has many international flights. As with most holiday destinations, flight options outside of the regular season tend to be more limited, and Pisa may be the only option for winter walkers. The drive from each of the airports to the apartment is straightforward and takes around 45 - 50 minutes. You’ll find a map of our location on the contact page, but we will send you detailed directions prior to your stay with us.If you plan to see the sights while you are here, a car is by far the best way to get around - but if you’d like to avoid driving then the train station is only 3 miles away in Pescia and will take you directly to Florence and Pisa, amongst other places. If you’d like to be driven to and from certain destinations, or even take on a guided tour with us by way of an orientation for a small fee, then please let us know in advance and we can let you know the costs and options (this could be particularly useful if it’s your first time in the area and would enable you to plan your itinerary for the rest of your stay). Please feel free to ask for advice and information while you’re here as we want to you get the very best from your stay with us.For our address or for sat-nav co-ordinates see the contact page, but please do not use our address with your sat nav system, this always leads to lost guests.Sat.
